Shipping Information
Please allow up to 48 hours to process your order. We are not amazon.com with hundreds of workers that can process your order over night. Motor kits are tested and wheels trued before shipment. We know you are anxious to get riding and we will process your order asap. We use UPS ground or USPS for the kits and parts, and a trucking company for the ebikes. You can request 2nd day delivery at the time of ordering, we will notify you of the extra cost. The truck shipments for the ebikes take 7-10 days. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii costs extra, please ask for quote. We will ship to most countries (except Brazil due to import restrictions). Please request a quote.
